Integrative Counselling

 As an integrative counsellor I believe there isn't just one therapeutic approach that can help a client in all situations. Instead, I take into account you as an individual and your circumstances, and use elements of different approaches to help you explore and cope with your problems. 

I offer online counselling which may be more convenient for some people. I use zoom as an online secure platform for our sessions. 

I will  provide you with a link for our meetings as soon is payment is made.

I offer in person sessions at 7 Bishops court, Daventry and Regent court, 42 Regent place, Rugby. It is a lovely light bright space just off the main high street. 

The rooms are up a flight of stairs. If you have a mobility issue please let me know as I will be able to seek a more accessible space for our sessions. 

Toilet faculties are available.

I offer walk and talk therapy in and around Daventry, Rugby and Northamptonshire. 

This is where our therapy is held outside in nature. We walk at your pace and can also sit in nature whilst having a session. This is done in a space that feels comfortable for you and I can ensure confidentiality is kept. If this is something you are interested in please get in touch.
